With so many requests, we had to bring this one back.
Pouring a perfect hazy with a pillowy pav head. The aroma is rich and ripe with a multitude of depths as it warms up. On the palate you’ll experience a smooth big bodied beer with a perception that is light and moreish. The bitterness is present and guides you to keep drinking. Although the alcohol is noticeable, it’s not distracting or damaging to the experience. Big Juicy Hazy IPA is what you’ll get.
Inspiration
Continuing our journey of pushing our limits and learnings we took on a triple IPA coming in at 10%. We set out to create a beer that despite the ABV was still crushable.
We went for big aromatics, balanced bitterness (not too high, not too low) with a well hidden abv. We’ve also taken some of our favourite hop combinations from the past 6 month and thrown them into this beer. We can’t wait to see what you think and whether we’re on the right track with these styles.
