When the winter months roll in and the temperature drops, people drop their IPAs and Pale Ales and look for something malty and warming, and until now we haven’t given those people a core beer for the occasion. Until now.
A dark beer which is lighter and less roasty than a stout, but still provides a combination of coffee, chocolate, caramel, and dark fruit while Munich and Pale malts give the beer a toasty/biscuity layer. Finished in the brewhouse with a light dose of Centennial hops, which adds very subtle floral/citrus aromas.
