Inspiration
This beer has many of the characteristics one would expect from an Australian IPA with the exception that we have used a lager yeast strain to give the beer a cleaner lager fermentation profile allowing the Enigma hop to shine. Expect aromas of White Grape, Raspberry, Redcurrant, and Rockmelon followed by a clean and refreshing finish with moderate bitterness.
